11 S. Main St. - Mayville, Wisconsin
11 S. Main St. is located in downtown Mayville. The building was built in 1916 as a bank. There is concrete floors throughout the buildings. Some windows had the original barbells. The owner currently added on in back of the building. The old boiler had only one fan blowing hot air into the front of the building. We added a 92% efficient furnace and installed ductwork throughout the back addition and the front of the building. Along with the new furnace we added central air. Throughout the years of the building there was a 20,000 BTU air conditioner which was noisy and expensive to run. The new central air unit will be more quiet, efficient and blow cold air evenly throughout.
 
 
This fan heated 1500sq ft with 14 ft high ceilings.
